Film coating: hypromellose.Usage of Pharma Nord Melatonine 3 mg (UAD): Upon arrival at the destination, take 1 tablet (3 mg) at the normal bedtime. The dose may be increased to 2 tablets (6 mg) taken simultaneously if 1 tablet does not relieve the symptoms.For oral use. Swallow the tablets whole with liquid.Do not use Melatonin Pharma Nord before 8:00 PM or after 4:00 AM local time.Do not eat for 2 hours before and after taking Melatonin Pharma Nord.The use of alcohol is not recommended when using Melatonin Pharma Nord.Melatonin Pharma Nord may be used for a maximum of 16 treatment periods per year.Pregnant women or women of childbearing age who are not using contraception are advised against using Melatonin Pharma Nord.
