For rectal use. Lidocaine is a drug that locally numbs the skin and thus relieves itching and pain.Ingredients of Tiofarma Lidocaïne Vaselinecrème 3% FNA: Lidocaine Vaseline cream 3% FNA, eén gram cream bevat 30 mg lidocaine. Excipients: Cetomacrogol wax (consisting of cetostearyl alcohol and macrogol cetostearyl ether), white petrolatum, liquid paraffin, propylene glycol (E1520) and purified water. Do not use in: - You are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine. - You have a hypersensitivity to other local anaesthetics such as bupivacaine, mepivacaine and prilocaine; - You suffer from bleeding hemorrhoids; - You have a heart condition such as insufficient pumping power of the heart (heart failure).Usage of Tiofarma Lidocaïne Vaselinecrème 3% FNA: - For adults, the dose is 1-3 grams per time (two times a string of cream the size of a fingertip joint).- The maximum dosage per time for adults is 10 grams, no more than 20 grams of cream should be used per day.- You should clean the anus thoroughly beforehand.- Then apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area(s)- In case of pain and/or itching around the anus, apply the cream in the morning and evening, if necessary using a finger condom.- Use the cream until the complaints diminish.
